William Means Welcomes Our Newest Associate, Lyles Geer

A downtown native, Lyles Geer grew up with a keen eye for Charleston real estate. After graduating from Porter-Gaud High School, where he served as president of the student body, Lyles went on to receive a BA in economics at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. During his college career Lyles achieved the distinguished membership in the Omicron Delta Epsilon national honor society in economics and was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He was also awarded a prestigious internship at Citigroup's New York office and studied for a semester in Paris.

Lyles has a passion for traveling both locally and abroad, and has spent a vast amount of time in various parts of the world such as Europe, New Zealand, Australia and Antarctica. He has climbed Mt. Ranier and upon graduation Lyles joined the National Outdoor Leadership School to complete a rigorous seventy-five day expedition throughout the New Zealand wilderness.

Lyles is an active member of the community, St. Philip's Church, and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. With integrity his number one priority, he is committed to providing exceptional service to his clients.
