A native of Spartanburg, SC, Bryan Pack joined William Means Real Estate in July of 2003. He earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration while majoring in Real Estate at the University of South Carolina. George graduated from the University of Richmond with degrees in Political Science and Business, and he began his career as a trader of government securities in cash and futures markets. He enjoyed the challenge and fast pace of the securities brokerage, but another opportunity beckoned.

An interview with Helen Geer, the broker-in-charge of William Means Real Estate, convinced him that real estate was the field for him, and that William Means was the perfect place to pursue it.

George grew up in Charleston, one of the most important and diverse historic districts in North America, and he knows it well. Like many Charlestonians, his experience is first-hand; he has stayed over in these houses with friends, attended parties on the verandahs, swam in the pools, and played touch football in the gardens.

George found in short order that the disciplines of analyzing, valuing, and promoting historic properties were as rigorous and rewarding as Helen had described. His knowledge of the market served him well. In his first year with William Means he brokered the transaction of one of the highest price per square foot residences in downtown Charleston.

Dylan Jones grew up on St. Simons Island and attended The College of Charleston where he graduated with a BA in Business with a concentration in Finance.
